  1. and if its an issue where you need to replace your glasses, keep in mind that the frames are the expensive parts. the lenses are usually only about 15 dollars a piece (at sams club optical) so its really not that pricey to replace that scratched or stained lens

    hope that helps!

  2. I suggest picking up some eyeglass lens cleaner.  I use the Walgreens brand and it works really well.

  3. It sounds like a coating  you opted for on the lenses is peeling off.  Although this will happen once glasses are really old, it shouldn't happen with newer glasses.  The glasses should at least last a year, if they were made correctly.  My husband works for one eye place, and he says he routinely sees customers coming from one other certain place with their coatings coming off.  It's this one particular place almost every time.  This tells me that this place isn't making the lenses correctly.  So my advice is to return to whereever  you bought your glasses and attempt to get a replacement.  If they will not replace the lenses, I would go somewhere else to get them.  And I would not bring my business back there.

  4. Did you get an anti reflective or anti glare coating? how old are your glasses? if you do you might be able to have the coating stripped off. you may want to take them back to the optical center where you got them alot of lenses have really good warranty's.
