Theres an old show its and 80's horror, what is it?

One episode is about a little girl that always says goodbye to people and than they die, and than at the end her sister gets a big block thing and fills it up with sand and says "ready for your swimming lesson." what is the show. I know its something like welcome to the darkside or something.please help
