Theres bumps downstairs

Im a virgin and have small bumps around the base and along the side of my p***s, i also get the occasional 1 that looks like a pimple

i popped 1 and it started to puss and bleed

what are they? and can i get rid of them soon without going to a doctor

those bumps are usually just oil glands or hair follicle and not any problem

Could be a heat rash, wear boxers not undies and loose pants.

But if you are consistently finding these, you may need to go to the doctors!

The small bumps could be hair follicles. Also, the pimple could very well be a pimple. Since you are a virgin it's unlikely that you have an std, although it's possible to transmit some things via oral s*x. You made no mention of any possible oral contact.

You owe it to yourself and any future partners to go to a doctor and get it checked out. The peace of mind alone will be worth it.

it could just be an infection, so just see a doctor.

and if you shave down there you might just have razor bumps.

You don't tell us your age, but I suspect you're a mid-teen that's about half-way through puberty.  Most of what you're seeing are hair follicles.  They are much more evident in the pubic area because the skin is so thin.

We all get p***s pimples from time to time.  Try to keep the area clean and use Neosporin or a similar triple antibiotic on the pimples.  

Since you're not sexually active, it's pretty straight-forward that the hair follicles and pimples are what you're seeing.  There's no reason to go to the doctor unless you need reassuring.  Keep it clean and try to keep your hands off of them.
