Theres this asian student ( FOB)?

that i tutor..shes going to third grade but she came from korea just a year ago..

she knows very very very basic english...and i was wondering what kind of books i should read with her to help her learn more english?

Books for little children could be good, as long as she's not offended.  Dr Seuss books are fun, for example.  Books with lots of picture support, picture dictionaries, books you write together with the vocabulary she knows, simple ESL books...
