Question:

Thermador Cook 'n' Vent Stove with stuck vent...

The vent to my cook 'n' vent stove is stuck. I came home yesterday after my housekeeper cleaned and I'm assuming it got stuck after she cleaned it. Assuming some of the cleaners dripped down. What should I do?
