I purchased a thermador SCD302TB double wall oven from a dealer out east and installed it myself. It has been great until about Nov. ' 07 when the top oven quit heating. I took the front panel off and checked the temp. high limit switch, not tripped. Even tried bypassing it. Nothing. The control panel... has always worked fine. No dimming or error codes EVER ! blowers come on and everything seems to be functioning as it always did, but NO HEAT, not broiler, convection or bake elements! We have just been getting by with the lower oven , But today IT decided to do the same thing. I've tested all the elements, they seem to be good. The only odd thing is that there is something that clicks behind the control panel as we try to heat up the oven. sounds like a relay or something. It will click as though it is going to start to heat, and then click a second or so later as if it cycled off again. Does this approx. every 30 seconds. Ive held the element to see if I can feel the slightest change as it clicks,I Don't seem to. Any ideas? the town I live in has no Thermador qualified tech , and I'm not sure how close the nearest one might be. I'll start looking if you think that may be my only option. THANKS!! Eric
