Thermostat too high causing everything to freeze

The fridge was up too high causing everything to freeze. The thermostat was also broken so couldnt just turn it down, so we pulled the back off and adjusted the thermostat with pliers, it is now broken and we need a new thermostat, how do I go about getting one?
