Thank you!

The second you remove it from the over it will be bubbled up. Very generously spread butter over the surface. Sprinkle light salt on surface and cut into 3"x 3" pieces. Serve hot. Rarely good on the second day.

This is a bread but is called "pudding" because of it's soft interior. Very popular dish in Europe. An old family recipe. And just so you know, this recipe comes out different every time. Just the science behind it.

    Enjoy!

  4. Back when I was in culinary school this would have been called a "Mystery Basket" and we would have had to come up with some entrees.

I see pancakes, cinnamon buns, cherry crisp, all the regular egg dishes--scrambled, hard boiled, soft boiled--I'll let you google up the recipes which I suspect are out there by the hundreds!

    Good luck!

  5. Have yourself a flourless peanut butter cookies:

    1 cup sugar

    1 large egg

    1 cup peanut butter

combine sugar and egg in mixing bowl, stirring until smooth. add  peanut butter and mix thoroughly, roll into walnut-sized balls.

place the balls on ungreased cookie sheet at least 2' apart. Flatten with the tines of a fork, then turn 90 degrees and use the fork again to  create cross hatches.

bake 10 minutes at 375 F or until done. let cool in pan for 1 minute before removing to cooling rack. leaving them on the sheet for too long will make them  hard.

    Goodluck!
