Question:

These are my "yes foods". any additions, or corrections?

im going to the grocery store today, so any help is much appreciated. most of these have been added because i like them, but i really would like suggestions even if i don't like what you're suggesting :)

yes foods:

raw almonds (no more than one oz per day)

grapefruit

grapes

bananas

chicken

tuna

strawberries

pears

protein bars

melon

oranges

broccoli

carrots

celery

lettuce

asparagus

brussel sprouts

spinach

cauliflower

green tea

turkey meat (i'm going off red meat, so this is my substitution)

distilled water

green beans

hummus

gum (to keep my mouth busy so i dont snack!)

low fat yogurt

skim milk

low fat yogurt

low fat cheese (occasional)

blueberries

small bits of peanut butter

coffee (every other day. it helps me p**p normally. sorry for the tmi)

whole wheat bread

brown rice

    How come I can't see apple? you don't like apple?

    apple is a great snack cos it's low in carb and higher in protein and it's perfect for people who are on diet.

    don't eat protein bars too often

    those foods are great and i would add these things:

    Raisins

    Cereals(low fat,high protein)-for breakfast, you should put raisins on it

    I'm glad you chose almonds, they are the best nut to eat, they have a lot of protein, very little carbs and they are tasty when you add them to yogurt. About the yogurt! Nonfat would be the best, as well as the cheese. You should include salmon, too, because it has omega 3s. Make sure you aren't eating tuna everyday because of the mercery. Blueberries are awesome, try to get more berries if you can. Everything else is great, make sure to try and buy as much of this organic as you can (i know it is expensive). Good luck!

  4. Here's the no foods:

    almonds, grapes, bananas, pears, protein bars, brussel sprouts,           pre packaged green tea ( brew your own ), distilled water ( tastes gross )

    hummus, low fat yogurt ( fat free ), low fat cheese ( fat free swiss ), peanut butter

    Everything else is fine. My clients never lose weight when eating these foods.

  5. Outstanding!  if everyone ate like that there would not be an obesity epidemic here in the US.
