Could be but what you describe could be many other things also. Your best bet woud be to see a doctor who could tell you for sure. I know its very hard to wait when your trying to have a baby it seems to take forever for it to finally happen. Hopefully you are and you can celebrate but dont let anyone here get your hopes up, a doctor is the only one who can confirm it. Good Luck

It's possible but I've gotten similar symptoms without being pregnant.
