These are so innoying and i dont know what to do about them HELP?

Yes, they are called tonsilloths, here they are on wikipedia  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tonsillolit...  are these what you mean?  I get them too, I think you just need to put up with them unfortunately, doctors are more reluctant these days to remove tonsils.

I thought i was the only one who got those lol

I get so obsessed with using toothpicks trying to pick them out, but I find that once I get the whole thing out, they dont come back for a while.

Make sure your salt water is really warm, and use the back of your tongue to wiggle it out. Its really gross when they come out, but you feel wayyy better. My mom said they are food particles that build up in the back of your throat.
