Not nearly as much as it was in the 60s and early 70s.

I think there has been a swing back towards s*x actually meaning something.

Or have I been married too long and the pendulum has swung back the other way without my noticing?

for many its always meaningless act, for others power over others,then for some experimentation till they find the right one,but wasn't it always that way way back in time,over the years?guess everybody has to find their interpratation of s*x as they like it.but for sure internet has helped(???) get it earlier and demystify it.

That's why they inveted abortions for all those people who have un-protected s*x for pleasure but don't want babys.

yeah... almost... maybe because of the society itself... kids and adults become more curios about s*x...sexual acts, crime harassment becomes numerous... internet becomes a source of pornographic materials and sometimes when somebody reads it they already think s*x is just act of pleasure.. casual s*x relationship also happens everywhere..
