  1. Water tends to represent life.  Your feeling over-whelmed by the pressures of life, then you start to breath in the life and everything is OK.

  2. Have you ever been tested for sleep apnea?

Now please answer my question so i dont have to extend my time its my first question.

  3. many of our fears are seen in our dreams, its the only time you can face them without getting hurt. water is a symbol seen in dreams alot too.

this link talks about being underwater in dreams

when your began to breathe underwater, i think its a way for your mind to say you can survive. you are strong no matter what you face.

    keep dreaming

  4. This dream supports the other dream which suggested you need to make some difficult changes in your life.  In this dream you are alone and and hurting.  You are at first impotent to do anything about your situation, likely the way you feel in your life at this time.  However, the good news is you did take control in the dream and began to breathe.   This indicates you can also do this in your life and make the needed changes.  Let me know if this helps.

  5. Water is relaxing, yet causes fear for most of us.

your dreams may have arrived like this because you have suffered a big change in your life, and you feel almost helpless.

it could also be that you don't know what lies ahead of you,

before you sleep, imagine the water as a calm dreamful place,

this should in the long run make you less 'scared' or 'afraid' of these dreams, and you will sleep peacefully.

  6. dreams like that scare me sometimes i feel like im falling even though im in the middle of my bed and i scramble around like a nut and well just know that you can control your dream ok um self hypnosis ???

  8. Think about what happens when you begin to breath under water.  Does everything turn out ok?  Do you drown?

If you don't drown, tell yourself at bedtime, "If I have this dream again tonight, when I begin to breath under water, I'm going to swim around and explore and see what's down there.  After all, it is just a dream, so it cannot hurt me."

The most likely message of this dream is that you are facing things that scare you, and you don't think you're going to "make it".    But you do, and you will.  You'll adjust to the situation and end up coping so much better than you ever thought you could.  You might even end up enjoying the challenge, or end up feeling pretty proud of yourself.

    Pray for wisdom!

    Sweet dreams,

  9. this is a dream that signifies your feeling of helplessness, or possibly one of being lost.

the ocean, or open water, is scary, because there's no where to go.

seek some new direction or assitance in getting through whatever rough times you are in.  i think the message of the dream is find some direction and dont' stay out in the water alone.
