These kids ACCIDENTLY CHOPPED OFF THIS GUY'S HEAD WITH AN AXE?

ok this happened a little while ago; and i didnt actually hear about this first hand my friends and family told me about it so this my understanding of what happened; correct me if i'm wrong

there were there four asian gangster teens who ambushed this other asian gangster and threatened him with an axe and chopped his head off; they say it was an accident

i have a friend who has a friend who knows the four boys and say that they arent actually that bad kids; that just got in the wrong crowd and wanted to show off to the real gangsters by threatening a guy with an axe. they also said if you knew them you would know they wouldnt kill anybody; let alone hurt anyone seriously.

3 of the boys at 17 but the other one just turned 18, which means jail for sure

what sentence do you think they deserve and why?

oh yeh and they wouldnt say who swung the axe

it doesn,t really matter who did it or why,a life is now gone.it couldn,t be an accident because you can not cut off a head by accident,they all need prison,tried as adults.i,d say 50 years due to the crime being commited as it was with an axe.who carries an axe anyway

Depends on what facts were presented.  In theory and practice, you can't accidently chop someones head off, so it would be premediated murder.    Life sentence

Life, with no possibility of parole.  Asian, white, black, don't matter, anyone who could even consider such a thing belongs behind bars for a very, very, long time.

Chuck in juvie. They still did it. But I wouldn't believe this S**t. How big was the axe? It isn't that easy to accidentally chop someone's head off. They might have "accidentally" hacked at the guy's head like 5 times before they chopped it off. When I chopped up a wild boar it took like 30 hits to cut its head off and I had a two handed fireman's axe. How can you be a good kid if you are gangsta and you bring an axe? No one can accidentally chop someones head off. These gangsta boys have spoilt their futures and they'll have a permanent bad record for ever.
