  1. septic tank or sewer system the ground will hold only so much shush then it lays on top of the ground.increased traffic, barking dogs ,displacing deer populations that are already over crowed, also overcrowded animals like skunks and raccoons eating out of trash cans. but people need homes maybe you can find a way to cash-in...............tom

  2. do some reasearch on the area. look at the wildlife natural to that environment. if they are endagered you may have a case. look at the area in terms of salinity, degregation, how much impact the proposal will have on the environment. look atthe amenities and will they be able to sustain all these new developments. Will it directly effect you or your property? will it be creating jobs or taking jobs? there is a huge range of things to consider. more minds=more thoughts

    good luck.

  3. Oh No!!! With the housing market the way it is now, with all the forclosed homes sitting empty, and now they want to build more???!!! What about green space! Nature and animals are not the only ones that need green space, people need it too! To be able to enjoy nature, to have gardens, and people shouldn't have to drive miles and miles just to go to a nature reserve/public park/hiking trail to get to see green! Why do they have to build on every single little piece of space left! I feel your pain, good luck at the meeting! Maybe you could let me or anyone else that answers, how the meeting went?
