They say in china the whole counrty has the same Time Zone. Is this a good thing or bad?

I was trying to figure out if it is a good thing or a bad thing that there are no Time Zones

Pros

You don't have to work out different time zones for diffent parts of the country then looking at timetables etc.

Cons

AS Urimqi is about 4 hours behind Beijing it can cause a few problems with day/night cycles.

For example its 4 pm in China (it will be noon in Urimqi) and the sun will be at its hottest at the time people at likely to be finished shcool and leaving work. In you have earlier dawns and sunsets depending on what season it is.

I think, China should have at least 2 time zones . The North West part of China needs to be in a different time zone .
