if i do weights 3 times a week saymoday chest tri-cepsWednesday shoulders legsfriday back bi-cepswhen i do my chest triceps on monday and then not do them again isnt that giving them like 6 days rest and the same with the other days?they say to give them like 2 days rest but most people say do weights 3 times a week but thats alot more than 2 days...can someone plz explain to me if i only do my chest and triceps on monday and they same with the other days how it will work with like 6 days rest before i do them again..thanks heaps
