Thick Legs!?

Hey im starting to run like 5 times a week, running probally 1-3 miles each time. I have seen that my legs and thighs are starting to get more toned but im worried about my legs getting thick! do your legs get like huge from running? should i start running less? or at shorter distances?

  1. Toned legs are better than jiggly ones! But i think the best thing to do is run slower, at a steady pace to continue the toning, but not add bulk.

    Running too fast/hard in a short time can add bulk.

  2. Running won't add bulk to you legs.  Longer runs especially will keep your legs slim.

  3. no! running shorter distances at faster paces will most likely bulk them up more- i mean like sprints and stuff, long distance won't make them thick

  4. you work them offf its good to run the unnecessary part melts offf
