http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mikel-Arteta-c25715 have reportedly recovered from their injuries and will be brought back into the Gunners squad this weekend.
Over the last week, Arsenal had their fair share of injury concerns, as a host of players went on to pick up knocks. Thierry Henry, Mikel Arteta and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Thomas-Vermaelen-c35002 were all reported to have picked up knocks and were going to miss out on a couple of weeks
of football.
However, Vermaelen fought his injury and managed to get fit in time to face Manchester United over the weekend.
On the other hand, Henry and Arteta seem to finally be fit, after suffering calf injuries and will now be looking to take part in the team’s FA Cup game this weekend.
Henry has already managed to make one appearance in the FA Cup, following his move back to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 and he went on to score the match winner against Leeds United in the game. The striker is more than likely looking to go all out and make it two goals in two
games in the tournament.
Arteta, has also told Arsene Wenger that he is fully fir once again and would like to be penned into the starting eleven once again.
There is more good news for Gunners fans, as http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Bacary-Sagna-c7148 are expected to get back on the pitch and resume their training with the rest of the squad once again, later on in the week.
Arsenal had a poor start to their season, but then managed to pick their form up as the season progressed. Just when it seemed like Arsenal would be able to contend for the title, their key players picked up knocks and the team fell back down.
Now with all of those players set to return, the Gunners need to get their focus back and try and secure a top four finish, as they look to ensure Champions League football for the coming season.
Should Arsene Wenger manage to get his entire first team back, it wouldn’t be too hard for the manager to see his side climb up above http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 and possibly even Tottenham Hotspur.
