Arsenal’s manager, Arsene Wenger, claims that Thierry Henry could help Arsenal’s young players
The French manager, Arsene Wenger, anticipates that Arsenal’s legend, Thierry Henry’s aura – an absolute legend in Gunners folklore –in London Colney can only be beneficial for young aspiring Gunners.
Thierry Henry is Arsenal’s highest goal scorer of all times. The Frenchman has scored 226 goals in 369 matches for the Gunners during his 9-year tenure with the North-London giants. Henry has won two Premier League titles, three FA Cups and two Community

The former French international, now plays in the MLS for New York Red Bulls, currently enjoying the off season in London and training with Arsenal. The Gunners legend is reported to be at the North London club until 19th January to keep his fitness
before New York Red Bull’s pre-season.
Arsene Wenger was happy to see his best player back in the club helping his young players off the pitch.
Wenger, who signed Henry from Juventus in 1999, said, "We are happy to speak with him every day. He is in the dressing room with the players and they are happy to have him back. He sees as well how much they have evolved since he left the club. He can help
them to have confidence. He is a very intelligent boy who has massive experience”.
Arsenal have a daunting task ahead of them tonight when they will play semi-final of Carling Cup against a championship side, Ipswich Town, and Arsene Wenger believes that Thierry Henry can really lift the confidence of Arsenal’s young players.
The French manager added that Henry has massive experience and he can help his young players in the dressing room.
Henry even scored a hat trick in the last match of Arsenal’s historic stadium, Highbury, and Arsene Wenger claims Henry was in class of his own, saying, "He was one of the greatest players this club has ever had and has done a huge service to this club.
The only way we can pay him back is always to be welcoming, as we are with all our former players when they want to get fit".
Moreover, it has also been reported that Thierry Henry, who was a vital part of Arsenal’s ‘Invincible’s’ team, will coach Arsenal’s young strikers.
However, Arsene Wenger has denied such reports and told Arsenal’s official website that Henry is at the Arsenal training centre just to maintain his fitness ahead of the MLS pre-season.
