Thigh excercise for volleyaball...plz HELP!!!!!?

well you know how volleyball teams wear short spandex. well my thighs arnt the best in the west. so i need quick thigh excercises. ive been going 30 squats and 30 with leg lifts for the inner thigh every other day for about 1 and half month. but im not seeing any results but i wont quit. i just started doing 50. but my high school starts on the 4th and i have weights as my sencond term but im gonna change it to my first term so i can get better thighs also. i need really really really good thigh excercises that will get good thigh by the time volleyball tryouts. witch im not exactly sure when that is but its soon i know that. plz help!!!

  1. don't be self-consious, it'll mess up your game. Keep doing what your doing run... A LOT. And i'd do wallsits, try to stay up as longggg as you can. Remember: if your good ppl will watch you play and won't notice the thighs.

    and muscle is s**y so as long as your running you'll look great:]


  2. Well don't worry about how you look. No one is gonna look at your thighs forever, and you don't even know if you're gonna make it or not. But if you are that concerned, I suggest you go bicycling around your neighborhood for 30 min to 1 hour every day. Jogging 30 minutes a day also helps tone thighs. You need to do a variety of exercises, not just squats. But I don't think you'll see a difference in just a few weeks, I know people who see a difference in their body within 6 months of exercise.

  5. hey try sitting against the wall and pretend that your like sitting in a chair. we do this for part of our conditioning.. so i konw it burns but  DONT CHEAT and rest your hands on your legs..good luck : D
