Thigh muscle help with pain?

i play soccer. and i hadent played for 2 and a half weeks. i started playing about 4 days ago and my thigh starts hurting after i kicked around for 10 min. it hurts on the left side of my right thigh. i dont know the exact name for the muscle, but its around there. i have stretched about 5 min before i play since it started hurting. im 14 and whenever i give force to kick the ball it gives me pain. what should i do? thx in advance.

  1. It could be a combo of your diet, not enough rest, and your body not being used to working out.  Try to eat healthier, get a good night's sleep, and you can take an Advil for instant relief.  Wrap your thigh and ice to allow it to recover. Hope you feel better!


  2. hey..I was feeling the same thing yesterday.  I ran for 20 minutes then yesterday at night my thighs was in pain.. I took advil and for some reason it worked. haha
