Thighss fatt?? how can i lose it?

i run for about 20 mins half of the week and 30 mins the other half

and i do some other workouts like pushups and jump rope. and sometimes i just go running outside for about 4 miless and half. i love to workout an stuff, but i want to lose my thighs fat and get a more toned body. and i have been doing that since May and i feel more toned up but i need some advice or tips on how to lose my thigh fat.

  1. The size of the thighs is down to fat distribution and how developed the thigh muscles are.

    If you desire more streamlined thighs, you can try yoga and pilates as this elongates the muscles.

    Personally, I think you look great.


  2. You look great.  Try riding a bike up hill  in the hardest gear you can manage for several days a week.  Works great.

  3. Squatts or lunges help, anything that directly works the area you want changed, ex: your thighs.  Good total body workouts like swimming may help.
