Thing to do in the summer in calgary?

Hi Summer is coming up soon but i dont know what to do ..... im stuck at home in Calgary and there is nothing to do in the summer any ideas?

Hey sweetheart! See if your parents will take you and some of your girl friends camping in Jasper or Banff - both are pretty close to where you are.

You knew this one was coming but - go on a trip to Edmonton. There's so much to do there! Even just in the mall, there's an ice skating rink, amusement park, and water park.

If you're going to be stuck in Calgary, try going to arcades with friends, movies, rollerblading, swimming - Calgary is a HUGE city, you won't be bored all summer long hun.

Go to the stampede! You're old enough to go there and have fun. They have amazing food and awesome shows to watch. Check out the site I'm attaching. It has lots of places in Calgary on here and lots of events to check out!

I don't know if Im spelling it right, but a few years back I spent a couple of days at Callaway Park, and it was Sooo much fun. They have a great variety of rides.

Also, Stampede is a great time, lots to do there, pancake breakfasts are awesome as well!

If you get a chance to get out of the city, check out Canmore. Not AS busy as Banff, but its getting there. Go on a couple of hikes or something.
