Things Remembered!!?

I have a friend who is about to pass of cancer....SO...my questions is. I want to go to the store called Things Remembered and buy a dog tag necklace. I want to engrave his sons face on one side and write "live strong" on the other. Does anyone know if they would be able to engrave the photo of his son on it or not? Thank you for your help!
