Being prepared to work very hard for not alot of money!Being able to take the blame when something goes wrong.Being very polite no matter what the paying public say to you.Being on your toes & ready to turn your hand to anything asked of you,ie.prep veg,wash up,clear tables,serve customers,cook & have high standards of hygiene practice!

The pay is low, the work is hard, the hours are long and the rewards are sometimes hard to recognize.

If you work in the dining room, you need to be prepared to give excellent customer service to everyone. If you're working in the kitchen, you need to be prepared to give excellent customer service to your dining room staff.

There's much much more to learn but if you work hard, success can be yours.
