Things that couples can do in central london?

I'm looking for things for me and my girlfriend to do in a day out in central london today. We have already been on the london eye, in which it was a wonderful experience. We are in our early 20's, so something fun and exciting is to our taste.

Go to St. James Park, watch the birdlife, then, if it is warm enough,  hide behind a tree and do.......!!!!

You can take a rivertour from Waterloo to Greenwich which costs about £8 and look around Greenwich. Good pub there called the Trafalger and a market and good restaurants...
