  1. Cut the crossiant open, put 3 or 4 small blocks of chocolate in it and put it in the oven on medium heat for 10 - 15min mins... YUM!!!

  2. butter or cream cheese and marmalade

    ham and cheese

  3. gruyere cheese & ham

  4. -Ham and Cheese,

    -Cheese and Tomato,

    -Nutella and Jam,

    -Jam and grated dark chocolate

    -Butter

  5. butter and cheddar cheese

  6. Cut open the croissants but keeping them in tact so they are one big flat croissant.

On top of that, place a slice of ham.

Ad a crumbling of grated cheddar on top of that.

Cut in half 3 cherry tomatoes. Place them, skin side up, on the cheese, spread out evenly.

Stick this under the grill for about 2-3 minutes.

    They are lovely!!!

Also, put cheese into a cut open croissant and stick this into a sandwich maker. It's seriously awesome.

I like the Pillsbury ready rolled croissant dough in a can.

It's just the dough cut into the triangle shapes required to make croissants.

Stuff this with any filling you like (my fave is squares of Cadbury's Caramel) and roll them up and bake to the instructions required.

You can also stuff these with the same topping as above.

    Sweet or savoury.

EDIT* - Also, my sister had this crazy idea of putting in balls of fudge (normal fudge in packets, place it in your hands and roll until soft) and a squidge of jam in these croissant cases and baking it.

I have to say, for an idea created by a (then) 12 year old, it is really nice!
