Before you trade your car in or buy a new car what are some things you want to do ?

Big mistake, never trade your car. Always sell it for blue book value, you will never get your moneys worth if you trade your car in. I would repair damages and fix up the repairs before selling off your car, it adds value to your car. I would also smog the car, and present the certified to the next owner. I bought a car, that could not pass smog and it was a pain in the butt. I would steam clean your engine and just keep the maintenance up.
