Things to do alone?

Well, I have friends but they often forget about me...

Is there any fun thing I can do alone (in general or specifically in the DC area) without looking like a loner?

I am just so bored. I've tried getting a job but no one would hire me and the friends situation isn't very good, so yea...

You're out in DC, how about volunteering at the Smithsonian or any of the other museums out there like the Spy Museum? It would be good work experience that'll benefit you down the road.

you could volunteer at the the zoo or visit, museums, botanical garden, pentagon city mall.

I'm not sure of your age what about temp agencies?

Depends if u want to go out or stay inside also if u can drive or what not um if u don't fell like adding ne fo that in there u can email me or im me but if u want to go out and can drive u could go to the moives site seeing stay in side u can watch moive on t.v if u want to do both u can rent a moive or somthing realy depends what is around u

Take your laptop to a local coffee shop with wi-fi access and answer questions on yahoo answers while you enjoy a nice beverage.

Or leave the laptop at home and bring a book instead, or just people-watch.

When I see people alone, but they're reading, I don't think they're lonely. I think they're enjoying themselves.

Go to Full Gospel Church . You certainly won't be bored there and will have lots of new friends! Most have a mid-week service and other events for women and/or men.
