when your thirteen I'm aware you can be a bit hyper. I'm just turning fourteen this august. Look, the best thing to do, Is to walk around town, get some Ice cream and spook the townspeople at night. Play ding dong ditch evwn if you can't think of anything else. Have fun at your pary. I hope you have fun!

well, if your a girl, you could take a bunch of your friends to the mall (everyone brings their own money) you all would get a manicure and/or pedicure and then you could get your hair done if you want at a salon, then go shopping for a while then eat and then go see a movie and then you could have everyone sleep over at your house. if your a guy, you should go paintballing or you could do laser tag or go-carts, something where everyone can compete against each other.

Well i wouldn't get drunk if i were you.  If you are having it with boys and girls it is always fun to watch a movie, eat popcorn, and just have some laughs.  If it is just girls you can also do the same thing.  Me and my friends like to walk to the nearest gas station and get some drinks and then walk back, it kills time and makes some memories.  We also make cardboard cats and put tin foil in the eyes so when cars drive by they swirve around them.  While they are doing this you and your friends hide in the bushes or watch from a window and then go and repeat the process.  We always get good laughs out of it.  We play music, dance around, and ALWAYS ARE EATING! :)  Hope i helped you out and that you have fun!
