Things to do before you die?

So today I was told im in Stage 5 Renal Disease .. yup. Im not long for this world. Im living in the hospital pretty much, but I do get some time out. Im 17, Volunteer Firefighter, and I love to have fun. I want everyone to give me some things I should add to my "bucket list". Things to do before I kick the bucket. Make it exciting, after all, this is my last year!

First I'd just like to give out my love to you. I'm 17 also, and I could never ever face what you have to face.  I've seen that movie too, but never realized that it could hit someone my age. Thank you. It sounds strange, but thank you.

I would say that you should travel. Even if it's not across the world, how about your home state? or all over the US? See the nations greatest landmarks, meet new people, experience everything, try new foods, all of it.

I think that these experiences should be personal. It could either be doing something you never thought you'd ever do, like idk flying a plane. Or something as simple as going to the beach and lying in the sun, appreciating life.

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that.  That is a lot to take in, especially at 17.

I am glad to see you have a positive attitude, that will help you a lot. As far as ideas, why not take some risks. Go skydiving, bungee jumping, hang gliding, para sailing. If you haven't, go snow boarding or skiing (both downhill and water is fun)

I sincerely hope that when you complete your "bucket list" that you will be able to complete it. The planning of the list alone will give you something positive to work towards. I live with a hospice patient and having something to be excited about is extremely helpful for him. Best of luck!
