Things to do in Montreal?

Heading up in a few weeks to Montreal with a couple of my old college roommates. We are all about 3 years removed from school, so about 25, and are looking to keep the fun rolling. Booze, drugs, girls everything it takes to live up the old glory days, lets just say this is not a "civilized" trip, we're looking to have fun. We've never been to Montreal so can anyone recommend some stops and sights, I'd greatly appreciate it.

  1. Booze? Drugs? Girls? Not a "civilized" trip?

You guys sound like a menace to society!

Maybe Montreal is not the place for you after all.

Have you considered New York, Miami or L.A. instead?

    Just a thought.

  2. You will pretty much want to hit the clubs from Mackay Street to Peel Street, between Sherbrooke and St. Catherine. That is the happening spot for drinking, partying, dancing, and picking up women who are out for the same thing.

You can get a buzz and then go play Laser Quest at the indoor building. There is also the casino on the island in the south river.

The famous (or infamous) strip clubs are here too...all along St. Catherine Street (mainly), and Club Supersexe is probably the classiest of them all, with pretty women and reasonable prices. It is topless and bottomless, no pasties. The ladies are not usually "available" for extra-curricular activities and the bouncer will escort you from the building if you try to touch something you are not supposed to.

Escort services are available in most of the papers, and down near St. Laurent or St. Denis streets, you may find some ladies. Remember your protection and that it is still considered illegal to solicit here.

I can't tell you much about the drug scene, since I was always the one who was the "straight arrow" and didn't touch the stuff. But I'm sure if you were looking for it, you could probably find some. Just remember that the cops may not say anything about a little weed up here and just make you get rid of it, but you can be sure they will arrest you if you are trying to score something harder.

Please be careful and party responsibly when you are here. If you drink or do drugs, do not drive! DUI is a criminal offence and they can impound your car or throw you in jail. The last thing I want is a bunch of dead young Americans up here, or worse...me as a hood ornament on your car because you were too drunk or high to see me crossing the street.
