Things to do in Negril, Jamaica?

Ive been there before but im looking for more things to do that may not be so easy to find out about. all ideas welcome, thanks!

About an hour drive away, they have horse-back riding on mountains and the beaches, zip-lining, (very fun!) ATV riding (also very fun) .   They have some markets you can go to that have pretty interesting things. If you go to a Sandals hotel, they have A LOT of things to do in the hotels.

You could do a short day trip to Mayfield Falls, or a full day trip out to Treasure Beach and see YS Falls, Pelican Bar, Appleton Rum Tours, Black River safari, etc. You could go to Roaring River and soak in the mineral baths. Head out to Half Moon Beach and chill out for the day. Or go up to the Lighthouse and chill out at Whoopie Park, just full of hammocks.
