Question:

Things to do in Niagara Falls, Canada?

In a couple of weeks my friends and I will be going to Niagara Falls, Canada. I wanted to know... what are the best things to check out while we're there? Most of us are 18, so no clubs/casinos. Also, I'm looking for things to do that aren't too pricey. Along with Niagara Falls, Canada, we'll be spending some time on the American side and Buffalo, so if anybody knows anything we should check out there or anywhere nearby, that would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

  1. I work in the Falls...It's Really pricey, but The best thing to do is obviously walk along the falls-it's beautiful, check out Clifton Hill-lot's of haunted houses, shops, Ferris wheel, fudge factory, arcade etc. There are lot's of nature spots in the area as well-hiking...The American side is apparently pretty ugly and not as tourist friendly as the Canadian side, so I have no idea what you could do there...

  2. The one thing I tell people not to miss is the Maid of the Mist (I don't know when it opens in the spring though).  It's pricey, but to me, it's the only thing worth the money.  For free, just walk around the park and gardens.  Have fun!

  3. i was just there 2 days ago, unfortunately everything there is pricey, be prepared

  4. on your way in, stop at the tourist pavilion along the highway, lots of info there that is free, probably with coupons too

the Maid of the Mist is open and is a great place for a view of the Falls
