  1. Stay on Old San Juan, which has many bars along its cobblestone strrets. If you don'd want to spend to much money follow the locals, eat and drink where the go.

  2. San Juan has a ton of nightlife, but it will be pretty early so that won't really work. You should eat at an authentic puerto rican restaraunt. Maybe a place with live salsa music & drinks would be to your liking. You can walk the Paseo La Princesa & watch the sunset. Also during certain times of the year San Juan has Gallery Nights, but its only on Tuesdays. They have ghost tours at night also.

There is also a Bioluminescent Lagoon in Fajardo on the east coast (45 mins from San Juan) called Las Croabas Lagoon. It glows in the dark & you take a kayak out to see it, its awesome. But you would need to rent a car & I dont know if you'd have enough time after seeing Old San Juan.

  3. Well im from PR and i have some excellents things to do. You could go to see the old San Juan by yourself you dont need to pay and in night you see everything, everything is clear. Go to El Condado where you can explore the city at night its a real cool experience(drink, dance, see traditions, hear a DJ at cafe bohemia, etc) you have time for less so dont worry and even you could go to el morro where at night they have art, music and even movies its a cool experience.

  4. Also you could eat at Patio de Sam (San Sebastian Street in front of Saint Joseph Church) very nice and good puertorrican food. You would like the place . Or enjoy somes drinks in Amapolas , just in front of San Cristobal Castle enjoy a drink wathching the sea and the sun goes down.

  5. Go find yourself a nice, old, Puerto Rican grandma that has a Mango tree, Parcha (passion fruit), and quenepa tree and just sit there and eat your little heart out because you wont be able to eat fruits like those ever again!

  6. Check out the streets of old san juan at night!!! walk through El Paseo de la Princesa, go the El Morro Fort, take some pictures, if youre going with your loved one, spend time together and you will find good puerto rican restaurants and stores and I assure you you won't get bored or with nothing to do because there is plenty to do...
