Things to do in Sweden?

I am currently visiting family in Gothenburg and am finding my time here boring (sorry to the Swedes), compared to the life I had in London.I know life here is much slower..... Most days are filled doing kiddy stuff as my nephew is 5. To be fair though, this is my second time here, so I have already seen a lot of the main sights. Can anyone recommend anything for a single women in her late 20's to do here? Or even a day trip somewhere which isn't too costly?

You could go on a fjord and snow excursion.  Oh look theres a fjord, oh look theres some snow oh look theres a p**n film being shot!
