Things to do in Victoria?

I'm turning 18 in January and I'm planning on going to Victoria. We'll be there for a few days, but we don't know what to do.What is there to do? Last time we were there all we did was go to a museum. And i know there must be more to do. Are there any good Japanese shops maybe? I really like anime and manga.

If you are coming this summer their are tons of music festivals, and Luminara Lantern Festival which is always a good time. Have fun!

If you are staying downtown, there is all sorts of shopping. Government street is a nice place to walk on a beautiful day. Lots of cute shops and restaurants. Beacon Hill Park is beautiful, and you can take a walk out onto the breakwater and out to the lighthouse. Fort Rodd Hill is a nice place to spend the afternoon, and Goldstream Park is a great place for a picnic and nature walk. If you are there in the fall you can see the salmon spawning.
