Things to do in dublin?!?

Does anyone know anything about the disused Kilmainham Jail or has anyone visited it?

hey dunno where ur from i have been to the "Gaol" (jail) twice and i have love it but i love irish history and knew the background story so i reccommend it but i dont know if it would be as interesting to someone who doesn't know the history although the guides will fill u in briefly

It's on the tourist trail, people do go into it and see the places where the prisoners were kept and shot.

I was there for a visit in 2000.  It's interesting, but it sure wasn't the highlight of my trip to Dublin.

Make sure you go to the Guiness Museum, the Jameson whiskey tour, and be sure to go dining and clubbing on Temple Bar.

i live quite near to the jail and have visited it quite a few times.

they have a museum inside and your allowed to walk around what was the exersice courtyard it is quite intresting but to be honest there are much better things to spend your time on whilst in dublin.
