take him/her to solihull central library just outside touch wood, they have story time at 2pm monday and 10am saturday, or just read books to your baby there or become a member and take books home

take him/her swimming at tudor grage swimming pool, they have a baby pool AND a childrens pool so you'll only have babies in the pool you go in so children don't knock your baby about, they also sell baby armbands there and the little inflatable seats to support your baby

take your baby to the park, theres loads in solihull like inchford, damson, bruton, elmdon etc, you can do loads at the park, take him/her on the baby swings or slides, have a picnic, go for a walk and point out trees, flowers, dogs and squirrels etc and have an ice cream! bruton park is good as they have ducks and a pond so you can feed the ducks and swans

your baby may be a bit too young but at cineworld in touchwood on saturdays mornings at 10am, they show kids films for only £1 for children and adults

take him/her through touchwood, take him to build a bear workshop to look at the teddies or even let him make one, thers loads of baby clothe shops like pumkin patch, mamas and papas etc, or take your baby to the entertainer toy shop to play with some toys

take your baby to gymboree, your baby will be at stage 3, new standers and new walkers, the gym classes last 45 minutes and are on monday and friday 9:30am at hibri's dance studio or take your baby to any nursery so she can interact with other babies

if you want to go a bit further than solihull, take her too the sea life center in birmingham, thomas land at drayton manor in staffordshire and west midlands safari park in worcestshire or dudley zoo...in dudley
