If your;re a nature lover there's plenty to do.  Itchen country Valley park is lovely. Great nature walks.  

Farley Mount - just as nice.

Sightseeing in West Quays and high Street.

Bowling at the Mega bowl in Millbrook.

Swimming at the Rapids.

Broadlands

if you have a car take a drive down towards Weymouth in dorset and stop over at Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door.  Stonehenge is only a stone's throw away on the A303.

I can kill a day doing that and It's great to just see the place and get a picture in your mind of what the place is like.
