Things to do on a long car trip?

My friend and I (who are 12+13) are taking a long car trip from central Ohio to Ontario. We are not that great at reading in cars, because after a while it makes us a little sick. We are also EXTREMELY excited so there's no way we'll sleep! We plan on watching a movie and listening to some music but we are trying to use as little electronics as possible since we are going to a rustic place with no internet or phone access.

Thanks in advance!!

  1. I would try making up riddles, telling some anecdotes, or funny stories that has happened to you, or-- if the driver will allow you-- make faces and/or noises at passing cars (a little safer if you taunt the passengers, not the driver of the car). Other things that I've heard that passes time quickly, though I've never personally tried, try playing I Spy, but pick something so ridiculously random and/or stupid that the other person will have to give up. Or, you could try tickling each other. I've seen many childrens do that while riding in a car (not to call you childrens, 'cause I'm 13), and it's actually pretty time consuming, plus it works well to use some of your excitement. Hope I was a help!
