  1. Hey!

Ok. I feel the pain! I am going on two lots of 7 hour flights! Here are some things you could do!

    1. If there is in-flight entertainment...watch it. On some flights, you can check before you fly which movies are on. Like on emirates, you put in your flight number and what date you fly into the entertainment section and you're away!

    2. Bring a decent book. Bring one you think or know will not make you restless or bored.

    3. Your Ipod. (if it plays videos, even better!)

    4. Sleeping.  It sounds hard and it is. But use the mask they give you and try your best. When i try to sleep on planes i think of what im going to do when i get on my trip. Or what i love doing or something. Believe me. It drowns out noise. I wouldnt suggest taking sleeping pills though. This will drain your energy on the plane (yes good) but when you get to your destination you will feel groggy and crappy (bad!).

    5. Get some food like peanuts and a drink and just sit there ENJOYING THE FOOD! :)

    6. Talk to your family members or fellow passengers. I met these really awesome old people once! They had 'interesting' stories! :P

I hope this helps you! Try to have fun!

    Byeee.

    xx

  2. Most of what I would have suggested has been mentioned.  I would suggest sleeping if possible.  If the flight is long, it may involve the changing of time zones.  Arriving at your destination refreshed is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

Some airlines such as Singapore Airlines has an in-flight entertainment system.  You can play games against fellow passengers.

I would bring a magazine or book to read.  Some people bring a portable DVD player.  But on many long flights, the airlines will show a movie.

  3. read, listen to music, watch movies, sudukos....

  4. 1) Read a book

    2) Watch the TV they provide

    3) Get drunk and talk to the person beside you

    4) Play Video games

    5) Take a bunch of pain killers and sleep

  5. a book, game boy, colored pencils and some paper,i pod. this is what i would bring.

  6. This is what my husband did, until he got in trouble:

Take the little pillow they give you, take the little disposable pillow case off, poke holes in it for your eyes, and wear it over your head like a ghostly ski mask. This is especially effective if the plane is dark and only a few people are awake. Squish down low in your seat, and pop up every now and then and scare other passengers.

Like I said, there is a risk of getting in trouble, but it's highly entertaining, especially if you've been drinking.

  7. sleep

    eat

bring a laptop and watch movies

    listen to music

    read books or magazines

    do sudoku

    people watch

    take pics

    read the emergency books

    chew gum

  8. read mary b morrison books

  9. Bring a movie to watch on your laptop, listen to your ipod or bring a really great book to read that you know is a page-turner.  You can also try Soduku or a crossword puzzle.   I like to sleep tho.

  10. mile high club?

  11. If you have an IPod you can download a movie on it , or if you have a laptop , you can bring a DVD to watch .

Or you can simply sleep , or read a good book !

    : )

  12. -make a "travel log" for what you did so far

    -video games (gameboy etc)

    -ipod

    -bothering siblings

    -sleep

    -watch the airplane movies

-write a letter for your friend explaining how bored you are to give to her/him when you get back home lol top of my mind

    -make funny noises

    -bother your flight attendent lol

    -read

-do homework or anything else you have to do

    -bring a magazine

    -color a pretty picture

-doodle or sketch or something (bring pen and paper)

-play games like hangman and stuff on the paper with your sibling

    =P

  13. Book on tape, it is easier on the eyes with the poor lighting on planes.

I just did The Iliad, by Homer. 9 hrs long and a book that is tough to read anyway.

  14. Electronic devices (mp3, hand held game system), books for reading or puzzle books, paper and pencil to draw.  If you are flying with a friend, bring a game (card games work best. I suggest Phase 10) or some activity you can do together.  Of course, you could always sleep.  I take Dramamine b4, so sleeping comes easily.

  15. I would bring a book, or magazine or if you have a portable DVD player i would bring that to. If that fails just take a nap.

  16. Okay so I have been on124566 airplane rides so I know this

first of all bring an iPod to listen to music becuase their music sucks!

second bring a laptop because u can connect to the Internet on the airplane for free(I think that is what they said last time I was on an airplane)

if u can bring a handheld game so of u get really bored!I think they let u bring those on the airplane now.

Finally bring a good book in case u get really really bored and have nothing else to do!

    that's it!
