Things to make and sell on Ebay

Question

I like to make stuff, And I want to make stuff and sell it on ebay, But I don't really know what to make. I can use plenty of machinary (IE Bandsaw, Lathe, Sandblaster, Drillpress ect ect). I'm willing to spend money to make money. Thanks!

I know beaded jewelry is selling very well right now. Necklace bracelet and earring sets sell fabulously.

Anything you have lying around the house with tags still on it will sell great too. Buyers like the idea of buying something perfectly new for perfectly cheap.

Is there anything you are particularly skilled at making? Like benches or chairs? maybe try selling those?

Or children's toys.

be creative. find things you LOVE to make and sell them. it should work out fabulously!

It's a bad time to be selling on ebay. Many of us are getting frequent emails about no-bid auctions and receiving 10% off coupons. People don't have money for stuff they don't absolutely need - and home heating season is coming up.

Your best best may be to target a specific type of consumer - one with money to spare such as parents who want to buy good wooden toys for their little kids. You would have to research the issue - like what do they buy, what they like and don't - but this type of thing might actually work.
