Things to see and do in Donegal?

I'm organising a 3-day break in donegal for a group of 50 older ladies in May. Can you recommend any good places to visit, within easy reach of Letterkenny? Somewhere with facilities for lunch would be good please.

Baliybofey is not too far away and the Ballybofey hotel if good for food

The Ballyliffin Lodge is a beautiful hotel/spa/golf complex.  Also the Gap of Lamor is beautiful spot to see.  Mallen Head is the most north western point in Ireland and is quite a sight.  Also the Fort of Lena is beautiful.
