Things to see and do in Vancouver in early July?

I'm going to be in Vancouver for a couple days in early July and I want to get some ideas of places to go and things to do. I like being outside, arts and culture stuff and shopping. I'm looking for things that don't cost a lot of money but I would be interested in doing pretty much anything if it sounds interesting. What do you suggest?

Also check what events will be held during your stay.

Summer means festivals, shows, concerts, etc. some of them free or at a very low cost.

    Enjoy your stay!
