im barely studying, but i would like to know the requirements to adopt a child from japan, do you have to be married?

There is really not an international adoption program through Japan.  To adopt  from Japan you must be of Japanese ancestry.

Use the Y!A link below on the page to click on Japan.  They might be able to give you better responses.  I have never heard of international adoption from Japan but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
