well, i get into clothes that i wear to bed, brush my teeth. when i go to lay down, i read most of the time, and when i get tired, i and attempt to sleep, not that it works normally... to sleep though, i try to imagine how big the universe is, and that helps me to sleep a lot of the time... i guess its just hard to imagine something that big, not that i havent tried... either way.... interesting question... what about you?

I read to help me want to fall asleep, but before that I brush my teeth and get my pajamas on and wash my face.

i brush ma teeth and then i lay in bed and think of something to take my mind off of my surroundings then i wake up at 6:30am -.-

Turn the lamp off... thump my pillows....make sure I have a drink by the bed....Say goodnight to my partner.

Turn off the Computer, make sure the place is secure and wish all sweet dreams. Sweet Dreams all.

Get dressed.

Have a cup of tea ;)

Brush teeth.

Get into bed.

Think. A lot.
