Know wot a real 'hard man' told me in May?

"Bored suburban kids are more violent: 'Hooray Henrys' R da worst!" - See http://bbc.co.uk

A man and woman are in hospital after being shot outside a house in a rural village.

A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following the shooting outside an address in Bluestone Heath Road, South Ormsby, Lincolnshire.

Both victims suffered shot gun injuries, Lincolnshire Police said.

The 41-year-old man, from Louth, Lincolnshire, sustained wounds to his face and was operated on at Boston's Pilgrim Hospital.

He was later taken to the hospital's intensive therapy unit where his condition was described as critical but stable.

The woman, aged 42, was treated at the same hospital for non life-threatening injuries.

Officers seized a vehicle and a firearm from a farm in the nearby Brinkhill area. A second vehicle was recovered from a field in the South Ormsby area and is believed to be connected to the incident.

  1. Hey most gun crimes in London don't even get reported anymore. In "quiet villages" it's made out to be more of a big thing cos it in itself is unusual and more newsworthy. Lots of people in rural areas enjoy shooting as a hobby (clays/rodents) therefore there is a high percentage of gun owners.

  2. Don't really understand your point, these are hardly 'kids' are they? nor ramapging about town.Fields, farm, farmers, shotguns or do you not get out into the countryside often? It's not that unusual! nor is suicide amongst farmers!..........I do however still feel safe thanks, and hope to be moving back to Lincs quite soon!

  3. Sounds to me like a classic case of exacting retribution/vengeance, seeing as they were of a similar age, neighbours etc., but as I am not familiar with this case it would be irresponsible for me to state an opinion (is a link possible ?)

lol at the mega rich guy - bet he fired that 'advisor' - in more ways than one !!

Love the story about your Jewish/Spanish neighbour - so true (what she said)

Some people in this world will use any weapon to hand, be it a knife or a gun but more often the deadliest weapons they use are their fists - what we have to address is the uncontrollable rage people feel and their desire to inflict lasting and permanent damage to others.  This happens everywhere, not just cities or towns.

    Peace.

Edit: OMG just read your latest add and read Psalm 23 - that was my reading at my beloved Dads' funeral mass - lo and behold I gave birth (after being told I was incapable of bringing a child to full term again - I had one beautiful boy but also 8 miscarriages, and was termed infertile - tests confirmed this)

10 year gap between the two lads - they adore each other btw

The weirdest thing is my youngest lad was born 2 months premature - but was born on my Dad's anniversary.

    Strange............but true..!!!
