Think of a social problem- how would you solve it?

Assuming that you have the power, money, etc to use as you wish, what would you recommend for either an intervention, social change, social program, etc to address the social problem?

Personally....I would get laws made to toughen up school rules on bullying. Some of my friends had crappy childhoods, they got pushed around and picked on a lot, i wouldn't want those things to happen to any kid.

Racism would be the social problem I would address, or maybe I should be more broad and say I would want to banish all discrimination.

Problem is, I don't know how to solve it other than everytime I witness it-I speak up. I think the best solution is for more and more people to open their eyes and see how beautiful our diverse world is. How boring would it be if we are all the same ethnicity, height, weight, etc. What an ugly world that would be!
